You are at a Summer BBQ and you decide to use your teeth as a bottle opener….snap OUCH…now what?

You will first need to contact a Salt Lake City Emergency Dentist who will then determine if a Cap also known as a Cosmetic Crown is appropriate. The Dentist may refer you to a local Salt Lake City Crown Dentist or a Salt Lake City Cap Dentist.

However, if you contact us at Bishop Family Dental not only can we help in an Emergency as a Salt Lake City Same Day Dentist but we can often help repair your tooth in one day. Many dentists will apply a temporary crown/cap and will have you return for another appointment. At our office we have the technology to repair the tooth and have a permanent crown applied in the same visit. A computerized image of the tooth is created along with the exact dimensions and blueprint for what the new restoration should look like. Our CEREC® system will effectively print the restoration and can be used to create crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays, in our office while your tooth is being prepared. A great option for fixing your smile is to choose a tooth crown/ cap and with Bishop Family Dental you can get back to your BBQ in no time.
